Cyndy received her B.S. degree in Health & Fitness from Springfield College. She holds an AFFA certification in personal training. Cyndy teaches a wide variety of group exercise classes as well as training clients wishing to improve their overall fitness level. Cyndy attends a wide variety of continuing education classes and workshops to bring effective programs to her clients.

Jen received her B.S. degree in kinesiology from Temple University. She is also certified by AAAI in Personal Fitness. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Misericordia University. Jen has experience training with both men and women in all age groups. She has trained at several well-known fitness facilities in Philadelphia, including Sweat, Inc. and LA Fitness. Jen works closely with clients seeking weight loss, muscle strengthening, balance improvement, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each training session is designed specifically for your fitness level, and goals. Many different methods will be incorporated into your session, including dynamic warm-ups, core strengthening, plyometrics, free weights, speed drills, stability balls, and many more.
