Cyndy received her B.S. degree in Health & Fitness from Springfield College. She holds an AFFA certification in personal training. Cyndy teaches a wide variety of group exercise classes as well as training clients wishing to improve their overall fitness level. Cyndy attends a wide variety of continuing education classes and workshops to bring effective programs to her clients.

Jen received her B.S. degree in kinesiology from Temple University. She is also certified by AAAI in Personal Fitness. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Misericordia University. Jen has experience training with both men and women in all age groups. She has trained at several well-known fitness facilities in Philadelphia, including Sweat, Inc. and LA Fitness. Jen works closely with clients seeking weight loss, muscle strengthening, balance improvement, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each training session is designed specifically for your fitness level, and goals. Many different methods will be incorporated into your session, including dynamic warm-ups, core strengthening, plyometrics, free weights, speed drills, stability balls, and many more.

Michelle is in her 22nd year in the fitness industry and is a devoted lifetime learner in the areas of fitness & nutrition. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science/Physical Education from Castleton State College, Castleton, VT. She is currently pursuing a degree in physical therapy. Michelle has won a multitude of bodybuilding and power lifting awards during her career. She has been featured in several natural body building publications, as well as winning numerous awards for choreographing body building and cheerleading routines. Michelle is committed to providing a safe and effective exercise program that is comprehensive and reflects your unique fitness goals and level.
